Nope! I am a solid B cup and this dress actually gives me some cleavage!! (With the right bra) It's awesome! (and it makes you look skinny too!)

I was going to buy this but they only have xl left online. This dress is right up my alley. I may have to stop by a NY & Co this weekend!

As much as I LOVE It.
I'm short, 5'4", but they actually call it a tunic, not a dress, and in the pic with the other color they have it styled with shorts.

Thanks! I think I love it, but I guess trying it on with shorts and tanks throw me off. LOL! Loved the price for the sale though.
