Re: SHRIMP
i like shrimp scampi.. and its really easy! just put the shrimp in a frying pan with some butter/margarine, some evoo, some garlic and other spices ( parsley, crushed red pepper flakes, oregano). cook some angel hair pasta and when the pasta is all done, dump the shrimp mixture into it and mix it through.

Re: SHRIMP
I have a lemon butter shrimp recipe I got from Cooking light. It is quite yummy. I don't know the specifics in terms of measurements but here you go
Saute shrimp (deveined & tails off) in a frying pan sprayed with cooking spray. I usually sprinkle some seasonings on them. In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup diet yogurt based butter (like brummel), 1/4 tsp of lemon juice & 1/4 tsp of paprika. Stir together. Once shrimp is pink & cooked, combine shrimp with butter mixture in the frying pan & saute for about 10 minutes. Serve over noodles or pasta....

Re: SHRIMP
My favorite thing to do w/ shrimp is I buy the precooked ones (well, I did when the seafood place over here existed ) and I buy sesame teriyaki sauce. Put a little oil in a pan and let it heat, then add the shrimp and pour the sesame teriyaki sauce right over it. With it I make a pot of pasta and when the shrimp have been coated w/ the sauce and the pasta is done I combine it. Sometimes I'll add a little broccoli to add some texture. It's SO GOOD!!!
