sick when pregnant?

I am 14 weeks pregnant with my second. I was never sick with the first - here are my symptoms, can I take anything??!? (have a call to OB, not heard back yet)

-bad cough (phlegm in my chest but nothing coming out)
-sore throat
-headache
-lethargic
-short of breath
-bad diarrhea (yesterday, OK so far today)

help?! I'm miserable

My dr. had said anything over the counter was fine to take but if the mucus turned bright yellow/green I had to call back and let him know.
Call your dr. tho cause he/she may recommend something different. Better to be safe than sorry!

this is what my OB said was okay to take:

sudafed PE
plain robitussin
tylenol or tylenol cold

according to WEBMD.COM you should not take multi-symptom drugs or ones that say "sustained action"

When i was sick my Dr told me it was ok to take

sudafed PE
plain robitussin

But that didnt work, so i had to get a zpak
