What should I prepare myself for? I'm starting with 2.5 mg

I took it for the first time last night. So far all i had was slight cramping. Nothing even CLOSE to AF cramps. Just very slight. I was scared of mood swings but nothing. I'm taking it again tonight. Hopefully it goes just as smooth. Good luck!

I took 5mg for 5 nights and the only side effect I had was being extremly sleepy about 30-45 minutes after I took it. thank goodness I took it at night !!

I took it for 2 cycles one TI cycle 3 follies and a BFN; and one IUI cycle 1 follie and a c/p. The Femara just made me sleepy at times but other than that no side effects. GL!
