Letrozole/Femara...Questions/Experiences

I started it last night... don't really feel much as far as side effects as of yet, a little increased anxiety...but I think that's just my anxiousness taking over.... my questions are:

-do the side effects get worse as the days go on or if I'm not feeling anything now, I probably won't?

- I keep reading that Letrozole leaves your system much faster than Clomid... does anyone know how long it takes?

-I am on 5mg... what dose did you try and did it work?

when I was on Letrozole, I hade NO side effects. I was on it for 2 cycles. Clomid made me very irritable.

i was on Letrozole also and the dose was doubled.. i had no side effects from it.. i was pleasantly suprised!!

I was on 5mg for 5 days and got 3 eggs. Size 19, 18, 17 on the 7th day.dr B said I could not have possibly responded any better than I did. I had no side effects at all. HTH! Good luck!!!!

I think I had a little insomnia- but not sure if it was just being anxious or the actual letrozole.

I took 5mg dose both times- first time had 1 good egg, 2nd time got 2 good eggs.. I went in CD 11 for my sono, triggered that night and had IUIs on CD 12 and 13
