Siding and gutters for the house?
Can anyone recommend any companies?????We had Home Depot over yesterday and their price just seemed very high.

My in-laws used Tom Morse Roofing and Siding 516-799-1735. Tom is the DH of one of my DH's coworkers and he did my inlaws siding, and my roofing and windows.

I dont have a specific "type" of house---no one ever knows what to call it!!!!
It is 4 floors (basement and full attic) but the whole bottom 3/4 is bricked and we are only getting the top (where the full attic is) sided and new gutters added and HOme Depot quoted us 7500.00----I just thought that sounded like alot for less than half the top of a house to be sided with new gutters????????Am I wrong???????

It's difficult to say whether their quote is too high. It depends on the size of the area and material being used. Try getting a few other quotes. Try Alure and King Quality. They are both pretty popular on LI.

We actually used a vendor on this site - but before they were a vendor.
All Pro Siding and Windows.
We found their price to be competitive, their customer service and work excellent. They completed the job before their time estimate.
We will probably call them back in the spring to put in a new window.

I got a quote of $7500 for my Whole House and I have a High Ranch. I will get the number of the guy for you when I go home tonight. This also included sofit and gutters.
