If there is any impact, yes. I don't for yoga. If it's just weights, I still wear sneakers. I basically wear any sneakers I would if I were doing that workout in a gym.

Def your feet need the support!! Unless it's all floor work or course.. then I can see not wearing them.

Depends on the video. Pilates/yoga - no. Anything with jumping or jogging - yes.

Yes! The only one I don't is for yoga and the people on the video aren't so to me that's okay.

I do if I'm going to be jumping around. I like the ankle support and extra padding on my feet, plus I just have an area rug over a tile floor in the room where I'd be working out, so it's not so comfy otherwise.

definitly wear them for insanity! i actually had to buy new more supportive ones with all the jumping!
