Similac Recall: What is the procedure for the consumer return?

Similac Recall: What is the procedure for the consumer return?
I was able to get on the website and found that my container as well as my mom's is recalled. The page is down for the process to take for return and of course busy signal when calling.
Anyone here know WTD?

just saw another thread with alot of info!!
I also called my local cvs where I got and they will give me store credit I'll use it for diapers or buy enfamil...

You can either return it to the store where you bought or fill In an online form. They will send you a pre paid fed ex package to send them back in and they will reimburse you when they receive it. Can take 4 to 6 weeks that way. Probably faster to try taking it back to a store. But I might give it a few days because most places haven't heard about it yet since the recall is so new.
