Since a lot of the posts today are about weight gain
Is anyone in the Huntington Area that would like to go walking during the weeknights for some excerise. I try to go but it stinks going alone and DH has a busy schedule. I get on the treadmill and get bored after about 3 mins. 
I miss the spin classes and cardio kick boxing I used to do.

I wish I could but I'm too far from Huntington, plus the doc said no exercise until I see him again

I would love to but b/c I am having shortness of breath issues I would have to wait until I am doing better and for all the test results. The doctor says I can do as much as I feel able to, but that is too little right now and I would be holding you back.
ETA: If I can clear up these issues, I am all for it.
