I know someone who is a sister of a friend I hung out with in high school. That freaked me out, but in a good way when that happened here.
It has the potential of being a bad thing though, depending on who it is. Once I thought about that, I stopped discussing negative things about family or co-workers out in the open.

I would seriously be floored seeing I'm not from NY and live 3000 miles away...although I do have a few friends living near me that are from LI and I work with all guys..
