sinuses

Is anyone else having such bad sinus problems not only due to the warm weather but also the pregnancy? I felt it so bad that today I left work early and came home and took a 3 hour nap! I am so tired these days also. I know at 34 1/2 weeks that I would start feeling this way but, it's starting to interfere with work at times. I am taking genertic sudafed and did tell my doctor how I felt. UGH, I hate this.

I have been having RAGING sinus headaches almost continuously since my eye infection. Over the same eye

What I've tried:

If the pain is above my left eyebrow and close to the surface a combo of:

1. Sinus buster- it's a homeopathic hot pepper spray (yes, I know... YOW) that you spray up your nostril like any other nasal spray. IT instantly dialates your sinuses and then you blow, blow, blow your nose.

along with

2. Hot compresses- Wet wash cloth microwaved for about 30 seconds (as hot as you can stand) over the area. I found I'd have to do it 4 or 5 times to get any relief.

If that wasn't working or if the pain moved deep into my temple I'd have to pop one Tylenol. Do try to take the lowest dosage you can but I'd try everything else first. Often, if it was really bad the Tylenol wouldn't work 100% but enough to take the real edge off.
