I've made it and it was very good. I would def make it again.
I love being able to sneak veggies into anything and everything I can.

I like any of the stuffed chicken breasts, those ones are easier to pass onto my husband.
I like the Dijon herb pork dish too...great flavor.

I love that pork chop recipe too. My favorite is probably the Greek meatballs and tzaziki sauce. I tried the spaghetti squash prima vera last night and I liked it but dh wasn't a fan

This is delicious too, I've made it several times.
Her stuffed chicken breast with zucchini and mozz is so good.
I've made literally a hundred or so of her recipes. My most recent favorites are:
-Pepper Steak
-Baked ziti with spinach
-Crockpot Minestrone
-Cajun Chicken Pasta
-Any of her pasta dishes, especially the ones with chicken sausage added (she has one that uses pureed butternut squash as the sauce and its so different and good!)
-Her eggplant/pesto panini is a regular dinner at our house during the summer
-Roasted Red Pepper Soup
- Broccoli/Potato/Cheddar soup
There are so many more but these are the top ones I can think of.

Grilled chicken bruschetta - amazing and kids loved it too.
Broiled Tilapia Oreganata - I am making same recipe tonight but with red grouper.
Baked pasta with spinach and chicken sausage
Crock pot bolognese sauce - Delish and was enough to freeze for a second meal
Baked Zuchinni Sticks - really great and another kid favorite

I've made this several times and everyone likes it...it's not exactly sneaking veggies in though--they're pretty obvious 
The other one that my kids LOVE (and 2/3 of my kids eat like nothing) from Skinnytaste is the chicken cordon bleu...I always make it with provolone though...

From skinny taste we also like:
Crock pot chicken cacciatore
Sicilian rice ball casserole
Stuffed pepper soup
Moms Spanish chicken and rice
Garlic shrimp
3 bean turkey chili
