baked macaroni and cheese
why can't I find a great recipe for plain baked mac and cheese.. anyone have a good one? no mustard, worchestire (sp?), or anything else.. Just cheese, macaroni and maybe bread crumbs... I thought I had one and it wasn't that great..

Re: baked macaroni and cheese
I like the sprial pasta, boil and drain 1 box
Shred at least a 16oz block of cheese (I use sharp cheddar)
Spray a baking dish, add the pasta, mix most of the cheese (save a bit for the top). Add a bit of milk (I add it to the corners, no measurement, I add just enough so i can see it)
Add remainder cheese, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and paprika.
Bake covered (foil) for 30 min's, remove cover and bake at least 15 minutes. ASt 350.
