Skirts during December
It's still not that cold. Can I still get away with no stockings? Short booties, just above the knee skirt... for parties this month.
(I just returned from Caribbean and have a fantastic tan)

For parties, I think its' fine. For work I wear tights, b/c it is still cold in the morning.
Sometimes I wear tall boots & not tights, so not much skin is exposed.

You can get away with it if you are not cold.
There is no rule about having to wear hosiery- to me I wear it when I'm freezing.
I've been going bare legged a lot this season- it has been pretty warm
