sleeping
is anyone having trouble sleeping?
i'll be 5 months on saturday. i don't really have a problem falling asleep, but i wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back asleep. i just can't seem to get comfortable, i toss and turn, one minute i'm hot, the next minute i'm cold.
any suggestions?

sleeping
I bought a body pillow--- it's helped a bit to keep me sleeping through the night (although sometimes i still get up for the bathroom)

Re: sleeping
I'm also 5 months, i've been a good sleeper all my life, but lately i toss and turn a lot. I bought a pregnancy pillow on Friday and it really helps. Give it a try.

that's why i gave it up. i was sleeping fine for a while and didn't think i needed it anymore. it also took up a lot of space, especially sharing the bed with my husband and the dog
i guess i'll give it another go.. it can't hurt.

Pregnancy sleep is worse than newborn sleep for me.

Re: sleeping
This is why I hate when people say "get your sleep now!" I know I won't be sleeping with LO is here, but I'm certainly not sleeping well now! I wish I had advice, I use a body pillow but need to flip from side to side throughout the night and it wakes me up. Oh, and peeing 3 times a night gets me up too.

Re: sleeping
YES! Usually about 3:00 AM every night I'm up. Sometimes it's because I have to pee, but not so every time. And it takes me a good hour to fall back to sleep. When the alarm goes off at 6:30 though, I can fall right back to sleep! Go figure!
ETA: And I used to be a champion sleeper! I could fall asleep anywhere and sleep through anything.
