Sleeping Positions - 1st Tri
Just wondering if it matters at this point what position I sleep in at night? I will be 11 wks. on Wednesday and I am still sleeping on either side, my back, and occasionally my stomach (not often though.......it kills my boobs!!). Is that okay or should I be sleeping only on my left side at this point already? TIA!!

Re: Sleeping Positions - 1st Tri
I really think it doesn't matter & you become uncomfortable in some position......I stopped on my stomach around 16 weeks (my tummy hurt when I tried) and I stopped on my back unless propped up around 20 weeks (only because my arms would get numb......which I think is due to laying in the breech position already & squishing my artery!!!).

You will stop sleeping on your tummy when you physically can't! You are not smooshing the baby just yet

Re: Sleeping Positions - 1st Tri
I didn't really start trying to sleep on my sides until around 6 months. And even now at 33 weeks, I still can't sleep through the night on my sides. I still wake up on my back!
