Slight muscle ache lower left side of back.... kidneys?

Slight muscle ache lower left side of back.... kidneys?
I habe had kidney unfections in the oast and they were very painful... this feels almost like a muscle ache... should I be concerned? I also have been having very stuffy, exhausted days where my head feels like lead. This morning I woke up with a scrachy throat... could these be related? I cant get thru to my doctor.... I'll keep trying though, but was hoping maybe someone could ease my mind with some of the things I'm going thru...

I've had a UTI that spread to my kidneys and let me tell you, it was no "slight muscle ache." It was way worse. When I first felt it, my instinct was to massage the spot with my thumb, like I do when I'm achy before AF... BIG mistake... I saw stars from the pain of pushing on the area like that.
Sounds like you're fighting a flu / cold. Have you taken your temperature? A slight fever can make your muscles ache.
