Slim fast shakes
Anyone try the slimfast shakes to lose some weight? I am ready to give up all hope. Nothing is working. I have zero self control when it comes to food. I don't eat bad food I just eat a lot. I never feel full. Slimfast seems easy. Any info?

You will lose but unless you change your eating habits it comes right back and FAST!

Agreed, personally I haven't tried slimfast but i have tried Isagenix and lost 20lbs and then switched to GNC Lean Shakes. You really have to change your diet for these programs to work.
If you are eating too much you should try to have healthy snacks approx 2 hours after breakfast and lunch and also drink more water. so that you are not overeating.

You have to stick with it in order to work and not gain the weight back, and after a while you grow tired of the shakes. Personally I found Weight Watchers to be the best diet plan since you are able to eat real food but with controlled portions.
