Small business owners: what bank do you use for checking?
Not look for a loan, but looking into bank for small business checking.
Also - any key benefits/features I would want to look for in a bank for a small business?

I don't handle his but I know the doctor's office I manage uses people's United.

Also don't handle this (except making deposits) but the company I work for uses Citibank.

Bank of America... I know many of the banks offer payroll services if you arent set up for that already. Also, i really like our biz credit card from BOA since it offers cash back- which i always apply to our balance.

I use TD but just heard Bethpage Federal CU is good for businesses too.

I use TD Bank. they chage $8 a month i believe if the balance is under $100. otherwise its waived.

I don't have any fees for checking and I can deposit checks from my phone app. It has changed my life!!

I know somene who just switched from chase to bethpage federal because the fees with chase were ridiculous and bethpage has a business no fee account

My husband uses Bank Of America. I'm pretty sure they also handle his credit card machine account too. They have been pretty good with customer service issues.

Do you also have business credit cards through TD Bank? Do they offer cash back rewards?

For a business checking account at TD the minimum balance is 1500. For a personal account the minimum is 100.

Service at a local branch is huge for me and I have found an awesome group of people to work with (and get help from) at my local TD Bank.
I was DISGUSTED by the service from my local Chase branch - even after DH was with them for 30+ years and we got their district managers involved. We are still clearing up credit concerns for my 5yo DS because of their incompetence.
