Small Claims Court
Has anyone ever had to go? If so, did you hire an Attorney? We are taking the Seller to Court due to a Warranty in the Contract that was not held up on his part. We have all documentation needed, receipts, etc.. and I was going to have my Attorney do all the leg work, but she is even telling me it may not be worth it and it's pretty easy to represent ourselves.
Any help would be appreciated.
