This exactly! One grab bag gift if anything and the limit should be $20, not $50! These are co-workers, not kids!
$50 is way too much for a coworker grab bag. To be honest I try to opt out of work grab bags. Maybe give them some chocolate or scratchnoffs.

Same I would opt out! We have had $20-25 grab bag type parties but ONLY if you opted in. Then some people CHOOSE to give their team members something small like cookies or chocolate. Again only if they feel like it. No pressure.

Not sure if this mentioned ...but bath & body works usually has their $ 5 lotion gift sets.. That's always something nice to give

Yeah, that's crazy that you have to buy for everyone. Maybe ask if everyone wants to chip in $10 and order lunch one day. I think most would prefer that instead of a bunch of trinkets.
