It's usually 5 PM start at the Firehouse and then to Town Hall for a 1/2 hour stop before continuing on.

 We are having our family Christmas tonight at my IL's and we always get lucky that it's the same night!! The parade goes right by their house so we get to watch out the porch door. I love it!
