juice (anykind honestly)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
bananas, fruit (berries, peaches, etc)
ice
mix and go.

This is what I do, but instead of juice I put a splash of skim milk.
My personal favorite is banana and pineapple!!! I've also done strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry all with banana.
