SNap and Go VS City Mini Adapter
I was originally going to get the SNap and Go for the Snugrider Infant Carseat, plus the City Mini.
yesterday, I went to my friend's who just had a baby and she had the City Mini with the adapter and said she never uses the Snap and Go. I pushed it around and it seemed lightweight and smooth.
My other friend can get me the adapter for 20 bucks. Her friend never used it and is selling it. Should I just go with the adapter? Is there really a need for the SNap and Go?
Pros and cons of each. Thanks!!!

Re: SNap and Go VS City Mini Adapter
The snap n go is great for shopping, but stinks for walks so if you plan on going for a lot of walks, I'd get the adaptor for the city mini. It rides soooo smooth.

Re: SNap and Go VS City Mini Adapter
I realized that yesterday when hubby and I went to look at the City Mini.....
Personally I find that the snap and go would be easier on faster trips-shopping, drs....stuff like that. If you are going to take long walks....then i would get the adapter....

Re: SNap and Go VS City Mini Adapter
I know a lot of people on here LOVE the snap and go, but I just didn't like the feel of it. I got the City Mini w/ adapter and I'm so excited to use it!!
I have some BTDT friends and they all went with the stroller adapter too, rather than the snap & go.

Re: SNap and Go VS City Mini Adapter
I'm having the same dilemma. DS is born is due in October, so I'm also wondering how many long walks will get in before he can use the City Mini w/o an adaptor in the spring.
ETA; I'm looking to borrow a snap n go from a friend. Most only used theirs for 6 months.

Re: SNap and Go VS City Mini Adapter
I'm doing both...
my friend is lending me her stroller system, which I'm using with my Chicco Key Fit 30, but I'm also getting the adaptor for my City Mini so I have the option of either one.
If you're able to get the adaptor for $20, I'd go with both!

Re: SNap and Go VS City Mini Adapter
I registered for both (but with City Select) and both were bought off my registry. I am still not sure that I need both. I don't know when it comes to strollers I am still so undecided.

Re: SNap and Go VS City Mini Adapter
i plan on just using the adaptor for the city mini. I don't need another clutter item in my apartment, and the city mini is so easy to fold up etc.
I also wouldn't buy a snap and go - my friend has one that she will lend me if I change my mind but like another poster said you can find them cheap on CL or can just borrow one from a BTDT.

That's a good idea. I could borrow my other friend's Snap and Go. I think I'm just going to get the adapter since the City Mini is so smooth.
Thanks everyone. Moving the City Mini felt so smooth and easy, so I think it would be fine on short trips with the baby.
