Sneakers
I joined a gym a few weeks ago and have been doing a bunch of different classes. Most of the classes are on my feet and I'm finding that my feet are hurting in my sneakers when taking an hour class or two classes in a row.
The pain is not due to the shoe not fitting, but my arch tends to tighten and feel like it's collapsing (have had this since I was a kid). The balls of my feet and sometimes heels also feel like they're being beaten. I usually look for sneakers that have high arches in them and I also use arch supports placed in the sneakers as well.
I don't know if this is a problem with just me exercising and not being used to it, or do I need a better pair of sneakers?
Does anyone have this issue also? If so, what sneakers do you wear?

Re: Sneakers
That happens to me too. I have Asics and they felt like this for like a week when I first got them but I have no problem now

Re: Sneakers
these were recommended by my personal trainer, and I got them, and LOVE THEM.
They're a running sneaker - plenty of support/cushion, but I use them for the gym w/my classes and they're great!
