Snoring
What is the best remedy for this?
Breathe Right Strips? Humidifier?
Do those special pillows actually work?
I've been told I have a deviated septum and I am constantly stuffy at night...I am a side sleeper...
Thanks

Re: Snoring
I snore .... and so does DH. Once the heat goes on, so does the warm mist humidifier. I've tried the strips - they irritate the skin on my nose. Never tried the special pillows. At my next dentist appointment, I will ask him about the oral appliance for snorers.
DH has apnea and he refuses to wear the CPAP. He'll have to get fitted for the oral appliance too.

Snoring
My DH snores. He tried the strips and they irritated his skin. Also bought him the pillow - it didn't work. He was absolutely against the CPAP machine, but just found out there is a new, less "obnoxious" design that he is going to be fitted for in the next week or so (had an appointment for the week of Sandy). He also had a surgical procedure where they use radio waves to shrink the tissues in the sinuses - it definitely helped reduce the snoring, but didn't completely eleiminate it.
