So - do you know anyone who is buying the iphone?
I'm so curious about this phone!!!!
I can't believe there are people camping out though to buy it - in this crummy weather, no less!!!!

I was told the PR compnay who reps Apple hired models to camp out there since Tuesday.
And I 100% believe it. No one is THAT much of a loser to be parked there for three days FOR A PHONE

A lot of people are waiting for the next generation of the iPhone...like someone mentioned...people want to make sure that for the amount of money that they're paying for the phone, the first round of glitches will be eliminated in the next version.

Update - he gave him $500 to wait over night! I think it should have been a little more.
Anyway he said he had lots of fun, he actually was able to go get a bite to eat and some drinks while someone else watched his spot in line.

They are between $499-$599. My parents are getting them when their contract with verizon is up.
But I don't know why people think that is so expensive. I have the white chocolate and it retailed for like $250 when I got it (don't know now) and the iphone is WAY nicer.
