So annoyed right now!

So, tomorrow was supposed to be our inspection. The sellers of the place were on vacationfor a week and just got back yesterday-- and while they are not home during an inspection, asked us to wait until after they were home-- no clue why.. Anyway- so my broker called like an hour ago to cancel-- cause the husband is sick.

Now, we are buying in NJ and we have a set amount of time to do all these things-- like the inspection. Cause we allowed them the courtesy to not do it while they were on vacation-- now we only have 3 more days to do it.

AND to top it all off- they set a closing date of Aug 26th-- which gave us 25 days to close and get our mortgage finalized, etc. An extremely accelarated timeline for this--

I am just so sick of everything being on their schedule-- I don't mind working with them-- but, they seem to be so inconsiderate of our position-- it's such bullshite!

I don't understand why they wouldn't want to be in the house during the inspection. Perhaps it can be done on Tuesday so you can be back on schedule. Lots of luck.
