So DD is almost 3 and still in a crib...what to do. Advice needed.
DD is still in a crib and does not complain about it, but I feel as though she needs a big girl bed and that its time to convert her room. Since she doesnt complain about the crib I feel as though maybe I shouldnt change it up. But she cannot be in a crib forever.
What woudl you do....convert or let her stay in the crib.

DD will be 3 in 5 months  and she is still perfectly happy in her crib.
I will probably change it over to her big girl bed after her birthday.

DD turns 3 in only 30 days. Now thats crazy....
Maybe when she learns to go on the potty then I will change it. I guess that means she will be in a crib until she is 4

If she's happy, and you're OK with it, she's not climbing out, and not going to the potty in the middle of the night, there's no real need to convert it.
It only *has* to be converted if she starts climbing out and/or needs to get out to go to the bathroom.

my dd is still in a crib and she will be three in March. If she is still in it in the summer, I will probally switch her then since I am home from work. (Crossing my fingers on that one b/c she sleeps so well in the crib!)

DD was in a crib till she was over 3 years. I felt the same way but decided to keep her in and boom - one day she just started climbing out (even though she knew how much earlier, she just didn't) and we had no choice. Don't rush it!!!!! She'll be fine :)

My DD was also in her crib til she was almost 3. Then one day, almost suddenly, she started climbing out so then we switched her to a toddler bed. It was about 2 months before her 3rd b-day.

Cailen will be 3 in April - he still sleeps in a crib - but all this week visiting my SIL he has been sleeping in a bed and loving it and I think we will switch it when we come home....
