so did anyone watch SNL with miley?
just saw it. I gotta say...I thought her performance was good.I think she addressed the whole VMA thing in a mildly funny but mature way by reminding everybody that she's only 21.
I also think she's going through a tough time with her public breakup...it seems like she really feels and gets lost in those lyrics to wrecking ball. I think she is trying to cope and screaming for attention and is just losing control a bit.

Personally I think the show was one of the worst ones ever.
I still don't think very highly of her even though she did try and bring some humor about herself there.

i thought most of the show was stupid...but i think thats more due to the decline in the skit writing. alot of their skits are stupid now.
She looked great with the brunette wig when she did the govt shutdown parody! she should totally have longer brunette hair!

i agree. i didn't think it was bad at all. she didn't look like she was on drugs or anything like that. i thought her performances were solid. i think she did a good job addressing the VMA's. i really thought it was gonna be a train wreck so i was pleasantly suprised.

when she sang i thought to myself,she has such a nice voice

I Tivo'd the show and something went wrong so half of it didn't tape (was the start time delayed?)
What I saw I thought was really funny. I liked the opening and I thought the govt shutdown skit was good.

Yeah, it was delayed.. it started at 12pm. Overall, I thought some of the skits were boring but I felt like she addressed the craziness that has been going on pretty well. She really does have such a pretty voice.. I'm ready for this phase to be over!

i really enjoyed the intro where the actress that does the Miley Show skit came in with Miley.
i didn't know too much about Miley until this actress started doing this skit, so when Miley became a hot topic on the boards, all that came to mind was this actress. So I was entertained by that intro. The rest was a yawn, as usual.

I just caught the opening monologue and part of her performance... I was surprised. She seemed very relaxed and like she was having a good time. I thought the monologue was very funny- the whole Hannah Montana is dead remark. 
I really loved that version of We Can't Stop- her voice really did sound beautiful singing it. It was the first time I was ever impressed by her performing.

I missed it. I did happen to see her on The Today show this morning. She went on to say to. Matt. Lauer that she'll stop being sexy & provocative when she's 40, because no one 40 and over should be having sex. Matt's face was priceless because he said "oh well I'm 55 so..."
She's such a twit. I cannot stand her.

I just saw the performances.............I think she sang well. Very chill and laid back performance, not what I would've expected from her after the VMA's.

omg...::facepalm:: just when i thought she just might have started to redeem herself...i mean ...she said no more twerking!!! I thought "there is a god" but then she just kills it for herself again.
