So far so good....
well it seems Hannah has not yet had any reaction to the pancake. She had a small fit yesterday, but I couldn't tell if it was her tummy or double ear infection. It was about 2 or 3 hours after eating. It was once and short. No diarrhea, no rash, no irritability, etc.
Can it take a few days to hit? Maybe she's outgrowing her milk allergy or maybe I just caught it in time for her to ingest more than a piece or 2.
I still find what daycare did inexcusable and will still look to move her, but I'm happy she's not reacting this time

So good to hear that she doesn't seem to be having a reaction to the pancake, but like you said that is still unexceptable as far as daycare goes. Big turnover or not. As soon as you walk in the room they should look at who has what allergies and maybe they should have a class discussing what milk products consist of and such.
