So far so good!!! (BC related!) UPDATE!
I've been posting about the issues I've been having with the minipill that I've been getting my period every 2 weeks for the past 2 months. Well, I past the 2 weeks mark on the 5th and so far still no bleeding! (knock on wood) The only thing that's weird is that I'm still having AF cramps on and off? I had them a lot for a few days 2 weeks after "my period" and then on and off since then? Very weird since I normally only get them right before my period comes not during any other time of my cycle. Anyway, I'm just happy I haven't started bleeding "yet"! Maybe my body is adjusting to it? Who knows!
UPDATE!!!
ETA: Well, I still didn't didn't bleed midcyle. That is if I still have a midcycle? My last "period was 12/23, and then I would of bled 2 weeks later but I haven't. I still have AF cramps on and off. Not so much the past couple of days though. Does anyone know if this pill would cause you not to get your period and if you would have normal length cycles considering if you don't ovulate? How does your body know how long your cycle should be if you don't ovulate? If I had a 28 day cycle my period was due yesterday. I've never had longer than a 30 day cycle in the last 3 years. It's so confusing. I'm hoping that I won't have anymore mid cycle bleeding and that I get back to normal again. Any thoughts?

Re: So far so good!!! (BC related!) UPDATE!
I tried the mini pill for six months and never got regular. Either I would bleed mid-cycle or go over 35 days without a period. It drove me nuts not knowing when my period would come or if I got pregnant.
I hope it works out better for you but I know that a longer cycle is not uncommon as is the breakthrough bleeding.

Re: So far so good!!! (BC related!) UPDATE!
Thanks for the info!
Do you think the midcycle bleeding I was having could of actually been my period even though I just had my period 2 weeks prior? I am having a real hard time trying to figure this pill out and my system. I understand you can but may not ovulate and have spotting or breakthrough bleeding. OK, I understand that. What I'm not understanding is that from what bleeding I was having, which was my period and which is not. I did get my first period after having Connor but then I started the minipill soon after and then I started bleeding every 2 weeks until recently. It's been 3 months and a week or so total since I started taking them. Also, what I'm confused about is that if I was ovulating, I may not have been, when would that of happened if I was bleeding every 2 weeks? Could you ovulate at any time? This is so aggravating!
I'm just used to feeling like I have somewhat control over what my body was doing. I was charting for a LONG time. It doesn't really give you control over your body, but you know what was happening and when. Well, at least for me it did. I was sooo addicted to it. It's hard not knowing when and what is happening.
