Not sure why I decided to check my bank account at 1:33am (can never sleep lol) but I just did and I have already been refunded the full amount.

Now on to my letter search once again!

That really stinks! When my sister ordered her nursery letters it took months and the lady had every excuse in the book as to why she couldn't finish them earlier. If people can't deliver on something they promised, they should refund your money immediately. What scumbags!

Glad you got your money back.
FYI: Paypal will probably close your account on you because you filed the chargeback. I stronly suggest you UNLINK any bank or credit cards ASAP and remove any funds you have in there.

So glad you got your $ back. The same thing happened to me on ebay. She did my DD's letters & then w/ DS it was 6 weeks, then 8 weeks & she kept telling me she was working on them. It was then 14 weeks & I said, send me what you have. She said she was sick & someone in the family was sick. I said no problem, just send me my $ back...it was a whole drawn out thing & she wouldn't answer emails, etc. I filed a claim through ebay & gave her bad feedback & she finally sent the painted letters but it was about 5 months later. So frustrating.
