So, got back from Sesame Place yesterday, and I have a review of the place....
First things first, Ava loved it. She had the time of her life. I've never seen my child so happy, and that alone made the trip worthwhile beyond belief. The things we really liked there were:
-The parade. It was the highlight of our trip. Ava, who is normally kind of shy these days, was dancing it up with the characters and singing and having the time of her life. They really did such a great job. We stayed for the 7pm parade and there was plenty of room.
-The "dry" rides. Ava is not into water rides, but the regular rides were a huge hit with her. They're so perfect for kids around 3-6 years old because they're not "baby" rides at all. They're fun for even adults, but no scary or anything for little ones. Ava and I actually rode the roller coaster again and again and again yesterday because it was raining and no one else was going on
-The characters at the breakfast. I stress that we really liked the characters. They came and sat with us while we ate, they posed for pictures and were just so great to the kids.
-How clean and friendly the park and people there were. A+ on that.
Things we did not like:
-The food. Dear lord, the food was from some horrible nightmare, if you ask me. We have all been sick ever since the character breakfast yesterday. Me, JT, Ava, my mom, dad, sister, bil and nephew are all sick since we ate there yesterday morning. Stomach cramps and horrible other things coming from unpleasant ends of us My advice is if you go to the breakfast, just eat the yogurt. I would only bring in food in the future.
Really, that was all we didn't like. For the most part it was awesome. The crowds weren't too bad because we went late afternoon on Monday then yesterday morning.
I think that was plenty of time, and because it was raining yesterday, my dad got us free passes for another day.
I would stay closer to the park next time, we stayed in the Comfort Inn, which was nice and recently redone, but the area around Sesame is much nicer than most people have told me, plus the mall is right there for eating and what not.
Anyway, all in all, it was fun and we'll be going back again this summer.

We were there Sunday and Monday and had only good things to say as well. Glad you guys enjoyed it too - like there's any mistaking that from Ava's pic

So glad Ava had a great time!!!! The place is awesome but I 10000000000000000% agree with the food. I would rather eat hospital food.

We just got back last night..DS love loved lOVED it..although, he had no patience for waiting in any lines, but once he got to where he wanted to go, he was happy as a clam, and I agree the parade was GREAT...DS never stopped waving and screaming HIIIII

We were there Tues & Weds this week...we probably walked by you guys on Tuesday.
Funny, we had the character b'fast yesterday and thankfully we're all healthy. Sorry you guys had a bad experience. It was cute and the food was what we were expecting (nothing great), but thankfully no one's sick.
The parade was awesome, the park is really nice. Glad you all had a great time!
