So heres the 50's car cake I posted about making....
I chopped off the top of the pic to protect my uncles identity because I had he and his family sitting in the car
( ala the I LOVE LUCY car)
I ended up getting tap lights online to make the headlights work

I have to give it up to my DH as he is my "frosting smoother" ....Must be all his spackling experience but he is one good froster
The party was last weekend and my uncle was beyond thrilled with it ( the design was a suprise, he thought I was just making a regular cake) He didnt want to eat it, and wanted to shellac it
