So how hot was it at your school?
And has spring fever sprung?
By afternoon it was HOT in my room and my last 2 periods (a 7th grade and study hall) were not into it/ talkative.
It's only April 7....are we in for a long stretch of spring fever?

The AC in the library was broken naturally....my classroom was actually really a nice temp. I noticed that my 8th period kids were more mellow, maybe the heat made them more sedate. Yay for that!!!!

The school was actually nice all day..but, boy, between dropping the kids at recess and dismissal..that was HOT...and way too early!

OMG my 7th graders came back and it's like they literally FORGOT how to behave in a classroom!! They just start chatting it up while I'm teaching.. and this is just SO not like them!!  Then I tell them to stop and 2 seconds later they're chatting and laughing again  My kids are usually so good, too.....
As far as the heat, it wasn't bad in my room till the very end of the day.. I'd say 8th period... and then we cracked on the fan!!

Ugh, it was UNBELIEVABLE. I am so sick of muggy hallways, and it's only April! It better get cooler. These seniors think it's June already, and that's no good for ANYONE.
