So how many Dec. Mommies are left?
and how are you feeling???
I have tons of pressure, and random cramping but no consistent contractions. The muscles below my abdomen are really sore (esp. when I try to roll over in bed). I told DH that I really hope we go by this weekend and his responce was "No! The baby has to be born on Christmas!"  I really don't think he understands my current discomfort! 
So who is still here????

Hey there date twin! Count me in! I am trying everything to get her moving, but she's on her own schedule!
I am having contractions, nothing consistent. And I am also very sore in the muscles in my abdomen, rolling over in bed is sooooooo painful at this point!

Ahhh the counter says 8 days to go  But i am DONE. Yesterday the contractions were closer together at 15 mins apart and were more painful then the others...but slowed down by bed time. I am sooo uncomfortable... I am praying like never before for this weekend  Your DH is brave to want your little one on Christmas LOL ...it would be funny if a lot of us go this weekend...

I'm still here ...major pressure in my hooha and very random contractions but thats about it... DH thinks its going to happen this weekend....I'm hoping he's right honestly....I have a dr's app tomorrrow and hoping to hear that i have progressed and that the internal may get things going a bit...

Still here as well! I still don't think I've had any contractions really. I did feel some minor cramping yesterday but it went away after a few minutes.
Everyone feels like I am going to go by early next week except me!!!

Oh wow, we are all getting so close! I swear sometimes I feel like if I push just a little the baby will fall out!
It would be great if we all went this weekend!!

Still here! No progress from last week, still 1-2 cm. I have so much to do still so I'm not in such a rush just yet! Maybe by tomorroow night I will be ready! But I still can't wait to meet my boy!

so i did my acupuncture yesterday afternoon, supposedly it could take 24-48 hours to work..im going again tomorrow morning if im still not in labor lol
i feel like were being ULTRA impatient..lets just focus on something else..

Still here with nothing going on. No progress. Not having any contractions. I did have a bad stomach last night but I think that was due to the Chinese food that I ate for dinner. I want to have my baby on my due date (Christmas) but I think this baby is very comfortable. My doctor is going to induce me on the 28th if the baby doesn't come before. We are almost mommies!!!!!!!!!! Feel Good girls!!!

I'm still here. I officially started my maternity leave today because I just couldn't risk going into labor at work--I am a teacher. Plus, the weather is going to suuck and I don't want to drive. I am having lots if contractions--13 hours the other night! But nothing strong enough to go to the hospital. I have a dr. appointment today--39 weeks 2 days!!
Wouldn't it be funny if the January Mommies started giving birth before us?

Today is my due date. I am 2-3 cm dilated and 70% effaced. I think I am just beginning to lose my mucus plug. I haven't really had contractions but I think I am feeling different today than usual. But I still feel really good. I better get it all done today.

OK we made it through the day without loosing anyone!!!! I am very swollen right now...i never was swollen this whole time...if it doesnt go down soon i think i will call the doc...

How's everyone doing today? Are you all still here? (I am hoping someone went last night!).
I think I started having actual contractions last night, but of the "fake" kind. *sigh* Just a lot of pressure and sharp twinges of pain here and there in the groin area.
That's okay though........my parents are coming down tommorrow to stay if they can make it out in the "blizzard" and are already saying how upset they'd be if I went before they can get down here.

Ahh still here...i am working from home today due to the bad weather we are supposed to have. Not only am i just dieing to meet this little baby boy...i would love nothing more then to have this baby in a snow storm...my favoriate time of the year is winter, Christmas, and i LOVE snow...i know i am crazy but it would be so special...oh come on

I went to the dr. yesterday and he didn't do an internal--he said he will do one on Tues--my due date!
I spoke to him about inducing and he said that because of his schedule, he would not be able to induce me until 1/2 or 1/5.
Needless to say, I was very unhappy after my appointment.
I started my maternity leave yesterday, which is very nice. I don't have to commute in this weather and I have a ton of stuff to do around the house.

Went to the doc Wednesday night and his head is dropping, but barely any dilation or effacement.........patience, patience!!! So hard!! Labor vibes to us!!!
