So I am on WW for 2 weeks and I haven't lost any wegiht
My first week I did loose a pound and then I gained it back the following week. I eat my points and some or half of my flex points. I don't eat bad, I am drinking more water but not that much more. I know I need to increase that by a lot. I am always running around the house with the kids and I can't even tell you how many times a day I go up and down the stairs.
If you had 22 points for the day what would your menu look like? I also feel like by 3:30pm I am looking for something for a boost of engery.

Re: So I am on WW for 2 weeks and I haven't lost any wegiht
Wow, that's odd. Are you sure you are eating the correct number of points per day? Are you journaling every day? Are you weighing and measuring everything or just estimating? No offense, but I feel like something is off if you are not losing an average of at least .5 lbs per week.
I get 21 points a day and this is usually how it is broken up.
Breakfast I usually have one of the following and spend about 3-4 points: -Kashi go lean cereal (3/4 cup) and 1/2 cup of skim milk = 2.5 points -Instant oatmeal packet for 2 points and 1 serving of fruit = 3 points -Egg white omelet with veggies and cheese = 3 points -Egg on light stop and shop bagel with 1 slice of 2% american cheese = 4 points
Mid-morning snack which I use 2-3 points: -Pria bar or a Luna Bar (on the days I work out only) = 2 or 3 points respectively -If I am not working out usually a piece of fruit and cheese (babybel light = 1 pt) or an apple with Better than Peanut butter (2-3 points depending)
Lunch really varies but it tends to be around 5-6 pts. I usually have leftovers which may be something like.... -Grilled chicken thigh (3 pts), 1/2 cup brown rice (2 pts) and 2/3 cups peas (1pt) -2 slices of Ezekial bread (2.5 pts) with 2 oz of boars head chicken breast (1 pt) and 1 serving of laughing cow light cheese spread (1 pt) and baby carrots -Salad with grilled chicken and a few tablespoons of regular dressing
Dinner is more of the same. Usually a lean protein, whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat couscous or quinoa) and a side of veggies. I usually spend about 6 or 7 points on dinner.
Always have to have a snack at night! I like to have a bag of 94% fat free popcorn (2 pts) or sugar free fat free pudding (1-2 pts).
I do use all of my flex points but I tend to use them up when we do take out or eat out on the weekend or if I have a party or something like that.
Hope this helps! Whatever is going on with you just please stick with it! The program is really designed to work! If something is off either with the program or your body being in shock right now just know that if you stick with it it will work for you - promise!

Thank you for taking the time to write all that.
I do weigh everything and their were a few days that I forgot to log in dinner or I didn't know how to log it in because it was take out. I do drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day and between sugar and coffee mate each cup is 1.5 pts. I have to cut back to 1 cup. I have a large salad almost everyday. I make half a bag of lettuce, 2 tbsp of dried cranberries, 1 tbsp of crumbled goat cheese, 1oz of apple for crunch and then I add balsamic dressing that is homemade. I think the dressing may be to many points (meaning I didn't select the right amount of servings when I made the recipe). In the recipe their is only olive oil, balsamic dressing, salt, pepper and little sugar.
I did get period on my weigh in day this week so I don't know if that makes a difference. I guess I just have to be a little stricter. I do not record my activies because I don't see the catergory and I don't know how to wrestling with kids or walking up and down the stairs.

Re: So I am on WW for 2 weeks and I haven't lost any wegiht
Having AF on weigh-in day can make a BIG difference (I usually weigh in at about 1lb more at the beginning of AF). I would NOT sweat it too much. You will probably see the weight come off next week when AF leaves town.
There are also a lot of reasons why you might not be losing weight. If it's a drastic change, your body could be holding on to the calories, etc. But I really think it's gotta be AF. Don't worry too much about it. I'm sure you will see results next week!!!!!!
ETA: Cabn you share with us what you've eaten for a few days, amybe we can help you tweak it? It takes a few weeks to kind of get used to what to eat and what's filling for fewer points, etc. I'm just starting up again and it's a big adjustment.
I have 24 points. This is what I ate Monday
Breakfast: 1pkg high fiber cranberry oatmeal 2pts
Mid morning: 1c veg soup 1pt
Lunch: Whole wheat wrap (2 point) with 1 c sauteed veg (1 pt) 1/2 black bean soup 1pt 1/4 cheddar 3pts (I kind of added more filling after the wrap was done, which is why the amounts are kind of high, but they were low points!)
afternoon snack: a slice light bread with 2tbs homemade hummus (I made it with no fat) 2pts 1 cup cafe vienna 1pt
Dinner: 2 vegetarian hot dogs 2 pts 1 hot dog bun 3pts 1/2 cup beans 2pts
What did me in was a piece of crumb cake I had for dinner. I called it 5 ponts, but I'm not sure what it was.
Tuesday: Same breakfast and lunch snack: bag of popcorn - not fat free - 4 points (the ff is only 2 pts, but it's what i had)
Dinner: 1 cup canned green beans 0 or 1 (I didn't look) 1/2 cup brown rice - 2 points salmon
Today I had
Breakfast: 2 WW chocolate muffins (from the cookbook) 4 points
I kind of forgot to eat lunch but I had 3 snacks that added up
miultigrain pita chips with the fat free hummus 3 points 2 pieces of chocolate (I know, I suck..blame AF) 3 points another snack about 1/2 serving pita chips with a tablespoon of part skim ricotta (while I was cooking the quiche, below) - 2 pts.
Salad with 2 tbs dressing 2 pts spinach quiche (WW recipe) 6 points (it's really 2 pts, but I cut bigger pieces and eat it as a dinner)
I also had a WW chocolate mousse -3 points
If you notice I eat tons of whole grain and beans. Higher fiber = fewer ponts and more filling!

Re: So I am on WW for 2 weeks and I haven't lost any wegiht
are you writing everything down? Are you getting your fruit and veggies in? I always foind that I dd well when I ate a lot of fruits and veggies.
I have 24 pts - this is usually my day
breakfast -
fiber one bar - 2pts 1 cup of grapes - 1pt
mid morning - 100 calorie pack - 2 apple -1
lunch -
baked potato/chesse /sour cream - 5pts
I usually have some room for snacks so I will use about 3 pts for snakcs
Dinner - usually a WW recipe for about 8 pts
ice cream - 2 pts
I dont eat the same thing everyday. Sometimes for lunch I will take a 2pt tortilla with some refried beans and some sour cream.
garden burgers are 1 pt, I add a peice of lowfat cheese, a whole wheat bun and some ketchup
Mccains sweet potato fries are 2 pts per 3oz

Re: So I am on WW for 2 weeks and I haven't lost any wegiht
So I reviewed my menu's and I have to cut out the balsamic dressing. I put 2 tbsp which is about 6 points because of the olive oil and that is a waste. I need to find a ready made light dressing or fat free one. I am not big on creamy ones thoughs. As for fruit and veggies, I don't really eat them often. DH doesn't eat many veggies so I don't really make them but I am going to have to start again.
Now I weigh in on Tuesdays and I just weighted myself and I lost 2lbs, so maybe it was my period because that is the day I got it. I also don't have BM everyday. I do eat a Fiber One bar everyday and that is really helping along with the salad.
I have to make another batch of vegatable soup because I made it last Friday and it really filled me up over the weekend.
