So I did my Mothers Day/Japan Day run in Central Park
So I've been trying to get back in shape and exercise when I can since having my DD (she will be 4 months old on Thursday  ) so to motivate myself I signed up to do a run in central park on Mothers Day. I was so excited because my DH did it with me.
Now I wasnt prepared for it at all like i have been in the past so to me it was a big accomplishment finishing under an hour. I made it in 53:36 an average of 13:24/mile. Now I know thats not great but man was it hard, there were so many hills...i forgot about that :)
And then afterwards we had a beautiful picnic in the park. It was a great first Mothers Day!!!
Now Im ready and excited to continue running and getting back in shape. Just though Id share.
