So I finally saw Mean Girls last night
"my milkshake brings all the boys to the yard"
I am DYING...the little girl gyrating to that song...   
my dh said that if he ever walked in the door and saw his daughter dancing like that to that song......(actually, I don't remember what else he said b/c I just started laughing and stopped paying attention   )
Amy Poehler (sp) was my FAVORITE character. she was hysterical.
it does make you realize though...some of that stuff definitely sticks around into adulthood 
ETA: I watched it on ABC family...now I want to see the real Uncensored version!
oh...and I still hate LL.

The band at my wedding used that line from "Milkshake" at our wedding (as a segue) unbeknownst to us. Had e known in advance that it would be used, we would have nixed it off the list. We were stuck like 2 deer in headlights when we saw our then 14 and 12 year old nieces dancing to it. Now we just laugh.
Great movie though - makes me sad that Linsay Lohan is a mess. Id love to see her back on track.

I watched this on ABC Family last night too!! It was my first time seeing it. It took me like 20 minutes to figure out that Regina was Rachel McAdams.

I loooove that movie, and being a stepmom to 2 girls, its amazing how true so much of that is - especially my 11 yr old stepdaughter with her gobs of makeup, sexy clothes, and a hankering for anything with a designer label on it - I swear, she would want dog sh it if it had a coach tag on it....
