I did P90X for 4 months. Its a killer. You need to be in decent shape to make it the 90 days. the Plyo cd is my fav and I still do it to this day. The 15 min AB cd I hated. it was so hard even though its only 15 mins. Tony Horton by Day 30 got on my nerves buy but a month and a half I had the routine down and the MP3 player was blasting in my ears. And remember "press your own personal pause button" if you need a second and most of all" Do your best and forget the rest! Good Luck!!

Jen, it's this infomercial fitness workout. It is like 12 DVDs plus you need a pull up bar, weights and a yoga mat. Supposedly, it gives you amazing results. I was inspired by my friend who used it after having her baby in January. She did the program religiously for 90 days (The entire summer) and has actual ABS now. She looks great.
So I bought it. It came. It sits in the box. I told myself I will really start when Chloe is in daycare and I have to wait to pick her up. ( I get home earlier than her dismissal.)
