So, I had my first "therapy" session
And, as much it was a little akward at first, I really liked it. I vibe well with the therapist, and she seems to get me and the issues I'm grappling with and has some ideas on how I can better cope with everything going on in my life.
And, well, basically, in a nutshell, she thinks I have anxiety problems

I llove my therapist , I don't go anymore but she was great and I have referred numerous people to her and they feel the same way
