So i had such a healthy dinner only to end it with ........
a huge bowl of ice cream with maple syrup 
i had a baked sweet potato with steamed spinach and garlic i felt so very good but then that little devil called craving made me do it

That's okay I attempted a healthy dinner too and then suddenly got the desire to bake a cake and top it off with vanilla icing!! DH wanted to know whose birthday it was.....
