So I know I can highlight my hair but
can I color my hair, like an all over dye job?
I am thinking about getting rid of my blonde highlights but not sure what we are allowed to do. I am in my 2nd trimester.

Yes you can! I asked my OB this at the very beginning and he said that I can definitely dye my hair, just can't eat/drink the dye. 
The only thing I wouldn't do to my hair while pregnant is Japanese/Brazilian straightening treatments.

I think you probably could, but if you are uncomfortable with that, maybe a rinse or even LOW lights would work.
