So I told Alex last night...
About the Cinderella party and ballet I'm taking her to on Saturday.
She literally squealed, jumped into my arms, and screamed for 5 minutes, "I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU!!!"
That was certainly worth the high price for the tickets   Now we just have to see how she behaves during the ballet  I suspect she'll be one of the younger ones there...

Oh wow!! How fun!!!!  You are such a good mom.
My sister took my neice to the ballet when she was about Alex's age, and she did fine. She was so excited- and it wasn't even Cinderella.
