So I went to the Foot Doctor today
I definetely Have a Heal spur they do have another name forgot it already. I have to ice it and Do exercise's with my foot and take motrin. I hope this swelling goes down because I dont want a codizone shot! I can use some hugs and pray this swelling goes down for me thanks!!!!

Hope you feel better. they have exercises for heel spurs. Also someone i know cut down on acidic food and the pain totally went away. they rarely have organges, orange juice and tomato sauce. Hope this helps you.
