So it looks like we are going to Croatia in August for 3 weeks and
I am so nervous . My DH is my cousins bestman at his wedding and he is getting married their. So we will be traveling there with a 13 month old and 28 month old  . We have no idea what to take or what we are going to need. So be prepared for lot of questions in the furture

Ooo, it will be fun!!
Do the kids have passports? We got DS' for the cruise we just went on and since he and I are going to Italy in October.

you will do great. Tell your family over there to be on the look out for cribs. Tell them to ask their neighbors & friends to borrow them. That's what we do when we go overseas. That alone is a real help.
As for passports even the baby will need one. Both you & your husband need to be there when you go to the post office. I suggest going soon to get them. Last year they had a 20 week wait.

Good to know about the passport backup so I have to get cracking on that. I need to change my name and DH needs to renew his.
When I told DH what we need to do with the carseats his face went white  (I told him I want to get that frame that you stroll the carseats on so I can just check the stroller).
I also didn't think about asking around for the cribs. That a great tip Tracy! Thanks

The passport back up isn't as bad as it was. We did pay to expedite ours but we had them in 10 days when they said 4 weeks.

all great advice, also dont 4get to pack meds...
pedialyte, tylenol, motrin, all that in case they get sick... at least you dont need to worry about formula... even so, there is a brand over there thats great, its call Hipp... anything u may need as far as juices use theirs. (i always have my mom bring back Hipp stuff when she returns from Croatia)
and remember to have fun!

That's good to know. When my parents went last year they brought me back Hipp tea for DS. I just have to figure out where we are going to stay in Krk  and then see who to barrow play pens from.
