i just hate the fact that parents and IL's are getting involved in this financially
at this stage of the game, they should be done with the money game as far as we are concerned
there's just no other way
I understand, we borrowed THOUSANDS from my mother to pay our IVF....But what choice did we have?

Such is life...had any of us known about this ahead of time, we could have been straight A students, went to ivy league schools, gotten GREAT jobs with benefits that made all of this easier in some way, but lifes not that easy or prophetic..so here we are trying the best we can.
Dont feel bad, you have no choice.

Good luck -- and as far as the $$ -- I had no coverage for meds or my IUI and 2 IVFs. Thank GOD the generous women on this board made the wonderful donations to me that they did!!
I say if anyone offers you meds that you can use, do it!! It makes a world of difference, and I HATE giving $$ to the Rx companies (even tho I have stock in them  )

We are very lucky to have parents who can help us through this tough time.
I remember years ago, my mother said, "IF you want something bad enough, you will do whatever it takes" I think she forgot that somethings are out of our hands!
