So scary today!!! People were shooting cars off the overpass in VA where we were!!!!
We left this morning about 930 am to go to our games--we had about a 2 hour car ride. As I was driving on Rt. 64 (Charolettesville, VA) all the overpasses had cops sitting over them and they were closed. I even said to the other asst coach "what the hell is going on??" We stop at a rest stop and one of my players parents called her and said that people were shooting at cars on the overpasses of 64. This now explains why the overpasses were closed.
I text Melissa (MrsPJB2007) and asked her to look into it and she said that there were 3 different shootings in 3 different locations this morning.. Figures. I'm in VA and there are snipers out.
Lucky for us it happened before we got on the road. My girls were freaking out!!!!
Very scary!!!
