So! Shane and I did "Mommy & Toddler" yoga today!
It was HILARIOUS.
It was our first one, so he kind of checked in and out throughout the class, but the teach said he did GREAT for a first-timer.
Some of these little ones are AMAAAAZING with their downward doggies and tree poses though 
At first DS was a little weirded out with all the singing and clapping and stuff; eventually he just started running around hugging all the little babies 
It was 5 mommies and 1 Daddy. Shane took a liking to the dude and would NOT stop clutching the man's leg. I apologized profusely, he was fine with it but his little boy got all  about sharing his Daddy
Oh well, a good first class, we will DEFINITELY go back every Friday, I highly recommend it, especially for any SAHMs struggling for something to do with their toddlers!!!!!!

I can totally imagine my son doing yoga.....I would never be able to keep a straight face!!!!!!!
I have already seen him try to hula hoop on Wii and that was a riot......

I dont know where you are, but Prana Pilates and Yoga has a mommy and baby yoga class. They are in St James.

Cool..thanks... I'll call them! Little west for me, but I grew up near there, so I can check it out..then there's always the mall nearby..lol...

I started doing Mommy and Me Yoga at my local Y (I'm in Midtown) so that's a good place to check for this type of class for those of you that are interested - it's a lot of fun!

Sound like so much fun! I just logged on to my library site and requested a bunch of mommy and baby yoga dvd's from all over! Now I cannot wait until they get here!!
